The data collected by Nicoka is strictly limited to the information necessary to facilitate the recruitment and evaluation process of candidates & contacts. Primarily, this data includes the name, contact details, work experience, skills, and education of candidates & contacts.
Nicoka does not intend to collect sensitive data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, genetic data, biometric data for unique identification purposes, data concerning health or sex life, or sexual orientation. If such information is accidentally provided, it is treated with the utmost confidentiality and immediately deleted from the systems.
Nicoka is committed to collecting only the data strictly necessary to carry out its services and fully respects the principles of data minimization and purpose limitation set out in the GDPR.
