Withdrawal of ConsentIn all emailings sent via Nicoka, a link is included to allow individuals to request the deletion of their collected data at any time. Respecting the right of individuals to withdraw their consent is fully ensured.
IP Address & CookiesOn the Nicoka CABS website, a banner is displayed to inform candidates & contacts and website visitors about the use of cookies during their visit to our career site. This transparency ensures they are fully informed about our use of cookies.


The Nicoka site shares your usage data with Google Analytics ( subject to its terms of use) to improve the platform. Permissions can be managed at any time.


Nicoka collects information about the type of computer, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type, where applicable. This data is statistical information about browsing actions and patterns.

DeletionA data retention period is defined to automatically delete expired profiles. The anonymized data is kept for statistical purposes in accordance with the privacy policy.


Candidates & contacts have the right to request the deletion of their personal data if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.


Nicoka offers the possibility to provide proof of data deletion upon request.

Access/PortabilityIt is possible to export personal data in CSV format, in accordance with the right to data portability.
CorrectionCandidates & contacts can request a correction or removal of their personal data at any time. The commitment is made to process all correction requests promptly and efficiently.
Security MeasuresNicoka's data processing agreement ensures the implementation of appropriate technical and administrative measures to protect users' personal data. Nicoka must take appropriate measures to protect personal data against loss, theft, unauthorized access, and disclosure.
Data Export RestrictionsAll data collected and processed by Nicoka remains within the European Union, in compliance with GDPR data export restrictions.

Data Collected by Nicoka

The data collected by Nicoka is strictly limited to the information necessary to facilitate the recruitment and evaluation process of candidates & contacts. Primarily, this data includes the name, contact details, work experience, skills, and education of candidates & contacts.


Nicoka does not intend to collect sensitive data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, genetic data, biometric data for unique identification purposes, data concerning health or sex life, or sexual orientation. If such information is accidentally provided, it is treated with the utmost confidentiality and immediately deleted from the systems.


Nicoka is committed to collecting only the data strictly necessary to carry out its services and fully respects the principles of data minimization and purpose limitation set out in the GDPR. The goal is to ensure that candidates & contacts' data is used responsibly, transparently, and securely throughout the recruitment process.
