Information from your device's phone book (contact list), in order to add a new contact to your device from the Nicoka database, and only at the user's request. We collect and use information from your device's phone book (contact list) only when you ask to add a new contact from the Nicoka database to your device, or when you use the caller identification feature. We do not retain this data. The purpose of the feature is to let you add contacts easily from the application into your phone's address book, and to know who is calling you. Images and other information from your device's camera and photo library, in order to manage the user's expenses, and only at the user's request. We use this information to provide the features of our Service, to improve it and to personalise it. File storage documents from your device, in order to import them into the application when the user asks for it. We use this information to provide the features of our Service, to improve it and to personalise it. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or to a service provider's servers, or it may simply be stored on your device.
You can enable or disable access to this information at any time through your device settings.

To allow better search with Nicoka Caller ID, you may share the names, numbers, Google identifiers and email addresses held in your address book ("contact information") with Nicoka. We do not share any user's contact information. Please note that no contact information other than telephone numbers and the names associated with them will be collected or used from your address book. Other numbers or information your address book may contain are filtered out and are therefore not collected by Nicoka. Please also note that you can withdraw your number, or choose to make all of your contact information unavailable for search within Nicoka.
Business transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your personal data may be transferred. We will give notice before your personal data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Law enforcement
In certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose your personal data if required to do so by law, or in response to valid requests by public authorities (for example, a court or a government agency).
