Talex Recrutement is a recruitment agency founded in 2018 by two partners: myself (Audrey Bernard) and Aurelien Chauveau. We hire on permanent contracts for the hardest-to-find profiles in construction and industry, the sectors we came from ourselves. What sets us apart is the combination of genuine technical expertise in the trade and a fresh methodology. Our clients, from SMEs to large groups, are mainly in the following regions: Centre-Val de Loire, Pays de la Loire, Brittany, Normandy, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes and the Paris region.

We have built a partnership with a major energy company across four new regions, in spite of the current downturn. That means hiring highly technical people for innovative projects that matter to the national economy.
For example, building the gigafactories that produce electric batteries, and those for AI servers.

The recruitment sector is going through considerable upheaval. We are affected both by the economic situation and by the way our own business is changing.
On the hiring side, over seven years in the market we have seen the number of independent recruitment agencies rise sharply. On top of that competition, we have seen candidates grow more wary, because they are approached too often about roles that do not match their profile.

• Complete: it handles all our key areas: candidate relationships; client and prospect relationships; running our jobs from creation through to invoicing.


• Adaptable: we have been able to adapt a great many things in the software to suit us: modules, which information shows on each section, how the job is organised, communication templates and more.


• Smooth: the software is easy to use and reasonably intuitive.

I would say the number one feature for us is running recruitment assignments: creating the job, writing the ad, publishing in bulk, handling applications, tracking our own stages, approving candidates.
