What Nicoka CABS costs, and what the price includes
How much does Nicoka CABS cost?
130 euros per month per employee, with no additional fees and no commitment. Full details are on the
pricing page.
What is included in the 130 euros?
Recruitment management (ATS), client relationship management (CRM), sales and administrative management (quotes, contracts, payments), the Ada AI, as well as the mobile app, the Outlook extension and the profile-import plug-in. You also get a career site and an external area for your clients and candidates. Support, training and assistance are included.
Can I try before subscribing?
Yes. The trial is free for 14 days, with no credit card.
Is there a commitment period?
No. The subscription has no commitment; you can leave at any time.
How does billing work?
You are charged every month, based on the number of employees using the solution.
How does cancellation work?
You send us an email stating that you wish to end your subscription, and the cancellation is processed right away.

How long does it take to access Nicoka CABS?
Your workspace is generally available the same day or the day after you subscribe.
How does onboarding work?
In several steps: setting up your workspace with you, creating user accounts, configuring multiposting, then overall training for your teams. Full details are on the

Can we migrate the data from our old ATS?
Yes. We audit the data from your old system free of charge, before or after you subscribe. If it is reusable, the import is carried out by our teams, who validate the migrated data with you.
How do I import data into the software?
You can import CVs in batches, and you have data-import interfaces for each entity: candidates, contacts, companies.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Nicoka CABS suits beginners and experienced users alike. We can provide a simplified workspace, then enable the advanced features gradually.
How the solution works
SaaS, mobile, extensions and settings
How does a SaaS solution work?
You access the software remotely, with nothing to install on your workstations or your infrastructure. A web browser is enough, and the mobile app takes over when you are on the move.
Do you offer a mobile app?
Yes, on iOS and Android, included in the subscription. It identifies your incoming calls, gives access to files and lets you qualify candidates. See the

Is there a browser extension?
Yes. The
Nicoka plug-in imports profiles from LinkedIn and ten CV databases, as well as contacts and companies, from Chrome and Edge. An Outlook extension completes the set.
Can the tool be adapted to our processes?
Yes. Recruitment stages, statuses, sales and billing workflows, access profiles, notifications and document templates are all configured in the
settings, with no custom development.
How many job boards can I post an opening to?
On more than 130 partner job boards, as well as your own career site. See our directory of

How long has the solution been around?
We have been a software vendor since 2009, specialised in serving recruitment agencies and headhunters. Our teams are 100% based in France, in Paris and Angers, support included.
Your data
Hosting, backups and reversibility
Where is our data stored?
In France, with a French cloud provider. The disaster-recovery facilities are also located in France. See the
security page.
If we leave, can we get our data back?
Yes. You can export your data to a spreadsheet format at any time, and we also produce a full export in a format reusable by another provider.
Is our data resold?
No. Your data is neither sold nor shared with third parties.
Support
Who answers you, when, and at what cost
What are the support hours?
Online and by email, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. By phone, from 6 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday. The average response time is around 25 minutes.
Is support charged separately?
No. Guidance, training and assistance are included in the subscription, whatever your number of users.
