You need an active Central Test account and administration rights in your Nicoka space. The setup happens in the Nicoka recruitment module, under the "Candidates" tab and then "Third-party service", by entering the credentials Central Test provided.
From a job form in Nicoka, you can create a Central Test campaign by choosing the assessment you want, attaching a group (optional) and deciding whether the candidate can see their results. The campaign stays editable as long as no invitation has been sent.
From the application space, you can send invitations individually through the "C" logo shown to the right of each candidate, or in bulk through the "Action" drop-down menu. You get a notification automatically as soon as a candidate has finished their assessment.
Central Test covers four broad dimensions: personality and attitudes, cognitive ability, interests and motivations, and job-specific skills (sales, management, languages, IT). For the IT tests, you can also choose the difficulty level directly in Nicoka.
