Do I need a LinkedIn Recruiter subscription?

No. The Nicoka plugin works on LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator. Linking a job to a Recruiter project does require a Recruiter account.

How do I import a profile into a job?

On the profile page, the Nicoka button retrieves the information. You review, you confirm, and the candidate is created in Nicoka CABS, linked to the job, with your tags and notes.

What happens if the profile already exists in the database?

The plugin shows the existing Nicoka record instead of creating a duplicate: status, job, contact details, assignments and activity feed.

Are LinkedIn conversations saved?

Yes, they appear in the candidate or contact record, alongside the other communication channels.
